Flight Simulator X carshes with Level D 767 at the module 'ntdll.dll'

I have been running my FSX before on windows vista 32. I was facing lots of crashing to desktop, usually at using menus. I attributed that then to the little capability of system (Dell Notebook with 3 GB RAM with a built-in VGA 512 MB). Now recently I bought a brand new desktop with much more capability: Windows 7 32, AMD Phenom II 3.2 GHz, 6 GB RAM, and Sapphire 5670 1 GB DDR5 VGA. I also purchased Level D 767 add-on for FSX.

The problem now is that general crashes also happen, at using menus, but less frequently. In addition, specifically with the Level D 767, FSX sometimes crashes as soon as the airplane is loaded, and ALWAYS crashes when I try top use the GROUND REQUESTS sub-menu of the add-on.

I navigated through the different forums and read a lot about a problem with the UIAutomationCore.dll module in windows 7. But when I ran the Event Viewer for the crashes that happen with Level D 767, it ALWAYS shows that the problem is arising from ntdll.dll. Below is the generated report:

To be specific, my questions are as follows:
1. For the general crashes related to menus (not necessarily associated with Level D 767), I read that this problem will be solved by installing a UIAutomationCore.dll with version 6.0.5840.16386 in the FSX root directory. Will that really help?
2. For the crashes that happen with Level D 767 (those associated with ntdll.dll), how can this be solved?
3. I am very worried that my FSX will refuse to be activated again if I try to remove and reinstall it. This is because I have done that like four times before. What is the maximum number of reinstallations and reactivations can be done with a single genuine copy of FSX for its original single owner?? What is going to happen after exceeding that number?
Please be advised that my system is brand new, and my drivers are up to date.
