i have recently encountered a problem where a critical file was erased from my harddrive....

• Windows Xp Pci Driver Download
• System32 Drivers Pci Sys Download Xp Windows 10

my computer is stuck in a cycle of rebooting ---> black screen offering to start up in safe mode, last known good configuration, or normally ---> select any option ---> reboot
i have tried numerous fixes and discovered i am missing a file 'system32driverspci.sys'

A better description of the problem would help! Are you getting a BSOD which says system32 DRIVERS pci.sys is missing or corrupted? If so, something like a BartPE disk would be useful - or another machine to mount the drive in. Download Latest AMD PCI driver for windows 7, vista,xp,windows8. It's for System Product Name. This download provides AMD PCI driver and is supported on System. Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: System32 DRIVERS pci.sys. You can attempt to repair this file by starting Windows Setup using the original Setup CD-ROM. Select 'r' at the first screen to start repair.

the literature online states to use the windows CD and run a repair on my computer however i do not have access to these CD's, i have downloaded the missing file on another computer however cannot find a way to install it into my other (broken) harddrive.....
any suggestions? THANKS IN ADVANCED
